Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When turned the screen was blue.  We pressed the F1 key and found the diagnostics and did the System Extensive test whic h resulted in:

 

FAILURE ID: QCVNS2-7SV8PG-XD7WLK-60SM03

PRODUCT ID: TOU83UA#ABA

 

Hard Drive 1 - Seconday HDD Bay*

 

Any advice?

HP Recommended
The hard drive has failed and will need to be replaced. If you are still in warranty HP will replace it. If not a retail 2.5" laptop SATA hard drive can be used-Western Digital,Seagate,Toshiba,etc.
Just be sure to get one of at least equal capacity as the original in order to use HP Recovery Media to install Windows. Your model supports 500gb- 2tb hdd.
 
Good news is a hard drive is relatively inexpensive. Bad news is, on this model it is rather tricky to replace per the Manual here:

If you install a new hard drive you will boot from Recovery Media to install Windows. If you did not make your recovery media you can order it from your Support page- last item in the list of drivers/software:
