This is Jeswin Alex, I bought the OMEN HP16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC16-wf0000 (755F7AV) on Sep 13, 2023. The laptop was working fine for a couple of months after that from Dec 2024, my laptop was not not booting. I have raised a case (5116096835) for that issue. The technician from HP told me that the motherboard was not working and he sent the technician and replaced the motherboard and installed the agent version OS. After that, the laptop was working fine for 2 day. then it was not booting after that again contacted the HP support, and they sent another technician to my place. And I came to know from the technician that the SSD is not working and he said he will arrange the new SSD from HP. Till now (Jan 20 2024) the issue has not been resolved. I have used it for only 2 months, after that there were a lot of problems as I mentioned above. I have spent around 1.5 lakhs for this laptop and wasted my time connecting with the HP support team for almost 2 months. I am totally upset with this laptop, not at all solved the purpose of buying it. It spoils my experience with HP products. I would like to escalate this to HP senior folks to replace this with a new one or refund my money. Please let me know asap or let me know the HP senior person contact details.
