Product: Spectre x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, yesterday by computer completely shut off and is unable to boot back up. The screen remains completely black. The fan occasionally runs. And a white LED light flashes in the CapsLock key ina  pattern of 3 long and 2 short flashes. I have looked up this code and it says that my computer either has a memory issue or is completely done for. I have tried to contact the virtual assistant and it has not helped me in the slightest. My warrenty ended in August, but the computer is not even 2 years old yet. Is there anyway for me to extend my warranty so that someone can help me to fix my computer?
