HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0223tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wasn't aware of this problem until I used non-HP charger (mine is brand new spectre 13 bought Sept 2020).

I used my partner's Aukey PA-Y10 usb-C charger that is capable of delivering 46W of power, and a 100W usb-C ugreen cable. She is using it for the 12 inch macbook just fine. But for mine, the charge is extremely slow, and the keys become extremely laggy and inaccurate while it is plugged in.

I thought something is wrong with the charger and cable, so I switched to Apple original brick (18W) and new cable, but the problem persisted. Only original charger is OK.

Based on HP website, the usb-C port should be able to be charged from most outlets - https://store.hp.com/us/en/tech-takes/3-different-ways-to-charge-laptop-without-charger

Can you advise?

Basically -- NO.  HP only guarantees performance of their PC with genuine HP parts.  IF you decide to use other parts, you are on your own and HP will provide no assistance with that.
