Product: HP Notebook 15-ba057cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downloaded BIOS update. Notebook does not respond when I press the FN + F1 to accept clear TPM.

Never mind. Figures, as soon as I post for help, the problem is resolved.  I've been trying to get past this prompt for several days.  Today I just started pressing random keys and the notebook finally booted.
