HP Notebook - 17-by0062st
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

First symptom: no splash screen on boot, blank screen, mouse active.

Tried rebooting tapping F11 immediately after and would not work.

Tried Win-key + B and would not work.

Removed battery, rebooted, now repair screen.  Could not repair. Offers options, one is USB resource.   I select and insert LINUX USB live disk.  I get the GRUB menu and can select my Windows and boot up.

Nothing I have tried has worked to fix the boot problem.  Every time it tries repairing, fails, etc. and I end up having to use the USB.

Please help.  Thank you!
