Hi:

Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.

Failure Information
Failure ID Tag Checksum HP Serial Number Test Date Failure Code Device Includes Error Message
0LW3H0-000AJR-XD7X7A-401603OKXXXXXXXXXX3/30/21200MemoryCache Module, Memory, Memory BoardMemory Module Failure (no DIMM id)

You will need to remove and replace the failed memory module in the bottom left memory slot.

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure.

HP Notebook PC (Intel) * Models: 15-ay000 – 15-ay099 * Models: 15-ay100 – 15-ay199HP 250 G5 Notebook...

Since you have to replace the failed 4 GB memory chip, you may as well upgrade to an 8 GB memory chip.

This would be a compatible 8 GB memory chip for your notebook...
