When I run the quick test on storage it gives me Failure ID: RK7QQX - 95UA91 - MFPW2J - U09K03 but the computer still works, but I know the storage has a problem with it.

I would recommend you back up any files you don't want to lose and be ready to install a new hard drive when the notebook doesn't boot up.

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
