My HP laptop has a black screen and is boot looping to Automatic Recovery. When doing a test it fails with a DST Failure and provides a Failure ID of 9LW2JW-8TDBS7-XD7UQK-60XH03.
Can you please decode the failure for me and help me understand the issue? Thank you

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.
For (original) Windows 10/11. please use Cloud Recovery tools

Although the HP Support Assistant indicated my laptop was supported by the Cloud Recovery Tool, when I booted from the created USB drive it then indicated my model was NOT supported by Cloud Recovery. Can you help me resolve this issue as I prefer not to purchase another copy of Windows. Thank you.
