I got on the internet and both Chrome and Edge was not responding for appoximate 10 munites. I tried to close out and it would not let me, therefore, and I tried to restart the laplop. It is now frozen and I don't know who to undo it.
It a HP Pavilion x360. Not quite sure what operating system. Have not check it, but it is Window 10.

See if the issue is resolved.
It'll be useful if you try tapping F2 key as soon as you power on laptop, complete extensive hard drive and memory tests.
Do you have recovery media created after first setup of this notebook?
What is the exact product number, model name of this notebook?
