Failure of HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI quick as well as extensive hardware checkup

Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I've done the quick as well as extensive hardware checkup, but everytime it fails. So please tell me how to recover my laptop. I don't want to lose my data as It is very important to me.

If the Diagnostic failed, you need to contact HP Support in your region for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

 

For data back up you need to contact a local computer store
