hello On the laptop, colored bands appear and disappear on the screen. It occurs when you log in to the system or when you start any program. If it was a broken matrix, it would always be, but in my case the problem is floating. If you look closely, you can see flickering on the screen. What to do?

Hello. I went into the BIOS and there were no problems. I went into the BIOS a second time and saw this problem.
The problem appears and disappears. Now I am writing to you from this device and there are no problems. I cannot update the BIOS F.27 because the system writes an error.
When updating the Bios via HP Support Assistant, the program says that no updates are required.
What should I do?

Does Hp cover video card failures? My laptop is out of warranty, it's 2 years old. The video card is broken and from time to time displays flashing horizontal multi-colored stripes or artifacts on the screen.
