Basically -- you can't. You should have written it down -- as we have no way of accessing or recovering it, nor do you -- NOW.
BIOS (and Power) passwords are encoded into the firmware of the motherboard and we have no access of any kind to that. Changing such a password requires completely replacing the motherboard with a new one that does NOT have a password encoded into the firmware -- and that usually costs a LOT more than simply replacing the computer.
I wish we could help you -- but we're not allowed to, since we have no way from here to verify ownership of any computer.
