Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I had while back change my main password and even forgot my clues answers close but I use so many ways with the 1 clue I cant get back in  I was so sick when I did it. I dont know what I change it to. I just need to get it recovered My Administration password. Wish I never change it. I dont want lose my data. I was told there is a way to recover my last password or can reset it. With out doing manufacturers reset. Help me please.
