Forgotten my Bois password on my hp stream keep getting system disabled code i 50671724

I seem to have been locked out on my Bois on my hp stream, when I turn it on it asks for an administrator password or power on password, both of which I’ve never had, 

mom fails attempts I get a system disabled 

[i 50671724] 

I just  don’t know what I can do to get myself back in to my laptop again! 
any help or advice you be greatly appreciated,
