Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hey guys, I need help bad. Got a new cheap windows 10 computer 64-bit all in one. I need help. Sometimes I press the off button, but for some reason it will stay on overnight, then the next time I try to use it, it loads up correctly, but on the login page, it's completely frozen. Only the mouse works, and that's the only working part. Any help?

Instead of pressing the Off button- try right clicking the Windows logo at bottom left corner of screen. A menu should pop up with option of Shut down.
