@B_topolski

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand that your HP notebook is not working correctly. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01997899 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your computer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Hope this helps!

I ended up going somewhere to have it looked at and they figured out the motherboard is messed up which sucks cause I’m not gonna spend anymore money on this laptop that I’ve had since around February 2019. Especially when I have two others one from 2012 dell that works just is slow and a toshiba that has lasted 5 years. Needless to say I won’t be buying anything else hp I have probably only used that laptop maybe a total of 5 months and it took a crap so thanks for the late response but no it didn’t help the poor product. Again thanks

Is that all you have to say (have a nice day ahead) He still has warranty and his computer doesn't work or is fixed. I to have this problem freezes and have not been able to get help from HP. What do I have to look forward to? I bought two new ones  in one month and they both freeze. I sure would like to talk to the HP president, or someone that cares on this subject
