Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello i have little problem with my gaming laptop every time I try boot in loading wheel is frozen and won't boot into windows only way to boot it is thought bios menu, tested all parts with official hp tools and everything is fine I'm using bios version of 15 F. tried many times factory reset but it dosnt help and my ram is weired i got total 8 ram but i can use only 4 of them any idea how to fix it ?
