Elitebook 755 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently the site I operate at has acquired Elitebook 755 G5's and Zbook 15 G5's. I have been having difficulty getting these machines to load the UEFI diagnostics from USB during boot. They tend to just load the diagnostics on the BIOS. (We wipe the diagnostic partition from the hard drive)

Is there a BIOS setting that must be turned on or off on these models to allow the USB diagnostic tool to be used at boot? SecureBoot is disabled, fast boot is disabled, legacy and UEFI boot is enabled, UEFI ROMS are enabled, the USB ports are enabled. I'm running out of ideas.

Solved: Updated USB diagnostic tool. Thought I already had. Good to double check!
