Getting a GG8AXS-8BAA29-GXGK7F-60T703 error when running a diagnosis because windows is not booting up

Hi:

 

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means the hard drive needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the hard drive, you can reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC, by making a bootable recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery client tool.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
