Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1073dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I checked to make sure fast boot was enabled which it was and task manager doesn't have anything starting up. I have a few things that start up with the computer like MSI Afterburner, Nivida Control Panel and AMD Software. I had those on my laptop before and had no issues. What do you know that could cause this? Here are my specs: Ryzen 5 4600H, GTX 1650 HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop.
