Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The hdd light is orange. The laptop is unable to turn on. It keeps on restarting trying to turn on, but the screen is still black, no display of the hp.

(1) Power off notebook

(2) Disconnect charger

(3) Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(4) Connect charger

(5) Follow the HP standard procedure
