Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have hard disk error after switch ON. I have the error number.: 68F268-7KPA3C-XD7WL-60FB03.  Can I solve this problem?

Hi,

The code indicates that the Hard Drive is failing or has failed and needs to be replaced. You did not provide the exact model number of your notebook.

You could also consider upgrading to an SSD for performance gain.

 

Then you can reinstall Windows 10 or Windows 8.1
