Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

MY COMPUTER HAS BEEN UNUSED FOR 2 YEARS AND I HAVE FORGOT ADMIN PASSWORD I CANNOT SEEM TO REBOOT DUE TO CODE APPEARING 74603829 APPEARING NEED HELP
