Hello! I have a trouble whis my laptop. I have a 100% HDD load on clear operating system. All work is very slowly. I made short test DST and have eror code: U36G1K-91BA8K-MFPURF-60QX03. 

Please, help.

Hello,


The test found a problem with your hard drive and it may need to be replaced. If possible, back up your personal files to a flash drive or external hard drive as soon as you can.

 

The following documents are available for reference:

 

The procedure for replacing the hard disk drive can be found in the HP manual below on pages 40 and 41.

 

To reinstall Windows 10, after replacing the hard drive, please Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7).
