My G4 Will not boot into windows after trying to get BIOS recovery mode 

 

On my power up - it goes into a strange light up sequence..

F11 orange on

F8 orange  on

F10 white on and CAPS lock

then 

F11 off , F8 , off

 

and power remains on...

Black SCREEN!!

POWER remains on...

 

The original problem was a webcam with a green screen,,,

Updated all Windows 10 software drivers and then told to go into BIOS recovery mode...

BIOS recovery mode .. eventually got into with WinKey+B - but took a while to get that combination to  work..

Did get out and get into Windows but camera still did green screen..

 

Tried to get into BIAO again - but couldnt .. and eventually... have this problem... above..
