I have a brand new 14-dq1038wm laptop. According the specs, it is a 128 GB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD.
I have ran the F2 - system diagnostic for Storage Check and I get the “no storage installed” I also ran the Hard Drive Test and I get “no hard drive installed. Please check that the power and data cables are connected properly.”
Should I open to see if the ssd M.2 is seated properly??? Oh I also tried resetting the BIOS to factory default as suggested by the forum but same issue.
