Hello

I have had my laptop since 7 October 2020 and it won't boot up.

I have managed to get into the BIOS and tried a USB drive with a recover drive on from another HP laptop but that did not work.

I ran the system dynostics and the tests for the SSD etc all passed.

 

I am not sure what else to do or next steps.

The laptop is still in warranty as I checked online, it expires 23/10/2021

I'm not an expert but i thing that the best option is to use your warranty and give it to an hp lab

I understand that your HP notebook is not working correctly. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01997899 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Thanks. I've contacted online support and seems to be working OK.

 

The support via WhatsApp was very helpful
