Help!

HP 15-db0069wm Locks Up nothing helps but to turn it off!  All of a sudden out of nowhere  the mouse quits being usable, all of the keys and the touch-pad do nothing -- Even Control Alt Delete cannot be typed in (keypad is non-functioning)

It has happened several times --  very frustrating not sure if it is the BIOS acting up, or the hard-drive, or something else?

The only way to get the laptop back from being FROZE is to hit the On-OFF button and Shut it OFF and wait for a minute then start it up and wait while it reboots itself (which may take several agonizing minutes -  as I always wonder if it will come back from that crash?)

It can be a single process that stops everything.

Reboot your laptop
Type in the search box cmd
execute this file as administrator

then type these 2 commands (copy&paste)

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow

it will take 5-10 minutes to check and repair system files.
This helps in many cases
