HP 250 G6 Notebook PC

While updating all drivers (BIOS included) from HP site for HP 250 G6 notebook using HP installer, after BIOS update screen remained black with no posibility to enter BIOS with F10 key. After more than 5 minutes tried to turn it off and back on and is always black screen. Tried suggested solution from HP to load BIOS from USB stick prepared by HP BIOS Wizzard program in Windows on another PC, but laptop also won't boot or update BiOS from USB (tried also with removed internal SSD disk and tried using Win+B, Win+V, Esc, F10 keys while turning on laptop). It does not look good.
Does HP have any other way to load BIOS from USB without using current BIOS(F10), OS or EPROM programmer?
