Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi,
I have fresh new HP 250 G8. After first day the computer is not able to be loaded. If I turn it on, there is HP logo for a while, then it switches to black screen and only blue circle is rotating as cursor. I have tried diagnostics (escape after start), according to it everyhing is fine. Then I have tried to do factory reset, after that windows started but when I tried to turn it off, there was error message that turning off is blocked and that I turn computer off manually. After that, same situation like before occured, only black screen with "processing" cursor.
