Product: HP Laptop PC 17-by4000 (18B36AV)

I have purchased HP Laptop 17-by4061nr (568B7UA) laptop in US, and then a year ago I moved to India,

It was working correctly, and then suddenly next day it wont boot up.

When I pressed power button, only white led light is flashing.

I tried connecting it to power adapter thinking its battery is discharged, but when I checked after some time same white light is flashing there is nothing displayed on screen nor any kind of sound I am able to here, not even fan noise.

 

What steps should I follow next in order to get it working?
