i have a hp 9480m with bios locked , i heard if send uuid and serial  in hp support they send  a smc file for unlocking this.

hp elitebook 9480m

HP no longer offers this service due to privacy issues.

 

HP Business PCs - Forgotten or Lost BIOS Password | HP® Customer Support

 

As forum members, we are no longer able to assist anyone with removing BIOS passwords (which no one would have been able to do anyway in your particular circumstance).
