HP All-In-One 23q-009

PLEASE HELP! 

 

My HP All-In-One 23q-009 Desktop is not booting correctly. It has a black screen with a series of beep codes. 2 long beeps followed by 2 short beeps. I believe it is to do with the BIOS. I downloaded the latest BIOS update from HP onto a USB Flash Drive but I have no clue how to initiate it. 

I've tried many troubleshooting solutions provided on the HP support web page but none seem to work so far. 

 

What do I do!?
