Hello there...

  I have an issue with my laptop... The automatic update of HP BIOS UPDATE is stop at 16% only for more than 10 hours from the start of update, I tried to shutdown the system but I can't shut it down...  Any suggestion is very appreciated and thank you in advance.

(1) Power off computer -> press and hold <power> button until notebook switches off

(2) Disconnect charger

(3) Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(4) Connect charger

(5) Follow the HP standard procedure
