HP Chrome book warranty showing incorrectly

I brought Chromebook in March 2020 and this is not even booting, just getting blue screen after starting without any noise, no cursor can be seen on the screen. This is purchased in Costco and sent to India. Usually this should have 1 year warranty, but, showing expired warranty online and also in authorised showroom, How to correct this ?
