Hi All,

I'm a Tech Coordinator at a school and since going into remote, I have had an alarming amount of HP Chromebook 11 G7's get returned as they are no longer charging/booting.  Device is returned as "inoperable."  Regardless of which side you place the USB-C adapter, the device does not register any power - for booting or charging.  I've left them plugged in for over 12hrs to see if that would remedy - no success. 

 

Just seems "dead."  The devices were used for less than a year as we bought them Summer of 2019.
