I have an HP Chromebook that I purchased a little over a year ago and I've never used it. It's been stored this entire time. I turned it on when I first purchased it to make sure everything was working fine and then I stored it away after that and have never used it until today. When I pulled it out to finally use it, it wouldn't turn on. At first I just thought the battery was dead but after having laptop plugged in for several hours it still won't turn on. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem or what could be causing it to not turn on?
