Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

 

I'm trying to install a customized Windows10 image, but once it's done, the screen is stucked at the screen of the HP logo while the Windows 10 circle is running.

I can leave the laptop at this moment for an entire day but nothing seems change.

 

Can somebody help?

 

Hope to be done clear.

Sorry, I don't know what is/are in there therefore I can't comment about that. Do you know the person who did that, please ask him/her or ask Microsoft. ONLY they can help you in his case.
