HP ENVY - 13-ab006la
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i push the power button, the led charger light it beeps 3 times with no sound. It doen't turn on. When I connect the charger to the computer the light doen't turn on. I open it, disconnect the battery and connect the charger and then the light is turned on but the notebook isn't starting. I tried pushing the power button for 15-30 sec and then try to power it and it doesn't work, and try again but befor trying to power it, I connect the charger and it doesn't work. I think it could be something with the controller of the baterry. This happend after I went out to eat and left the computer charging. When I come back I saw that the computer was at  0% of battery and then it was dead. Also one day I tried turning on and it started, it was at 13% of battery and in minutes, it turned off. Then it hasn't work anymore. This problem started after lefting  it charged , the time it started was a () from the problem.

Hello @anabalonjt

In your case, the notebook should normally be disassembled and checked. Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed. Furthermore, the function of the fan must be checked. General cleaning ...
If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook repair store.

Hello Anabolonjt,

could you please remove the bios battery and test it with a multimeter (direct currect DC mode),

if there is ~ 3V present, if not replace it with a new battery (CR2025 or CR2032).

Take a look at this guide ( old but good )

Hello, I just follow all the video and, it didn't turn on. the thing was that, with the usb ready, holding win+v and starting on the laptop, the 3 led beeps didn't show but it didn't start either. If i try starting it normally, the 3 led beeps shows up.

I had already changed the thermal paste and cleaned the fans. I didn't want it but it seems it is the only way and taking it to an expert. Thanks everyone who helped
