Unable to reflash bios, not even the update UEFI, no support what so ever.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

To get the answer to this question, BIOS driver available only for Windows 7 operating system.

Click here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-ENVY-14-Notebook-PC-series/4346202/model/5054125 to download BIOS.

UNfortunally it does not work and never ends the loop.  I have worked with all type of computers Dell, HP and Compaq and never had encounter this problem and no solution or support by HP.  The bios for Windows 7does not allow to create or force flash to the computer.   I take that no solution by tech support?

It's a compatibility issue with the OS.
