I have a Notebook PC with a hard drive with no OS, I have another hard drive which has windows on it, but stopped working a long time ago. I am not able to enter the bios because of the administrator password lock, which I do not know. I have not used this PC for a long time, and just decided a while ago that I would check it out again (since it stopped working a long time ago). I was able to run ubuntu on it but then I decided to delete the OS and try out another one, in the process I disabled secure boot and then enabled it again. Now, when I turn the laptop on, it says that “Selected boot image did not authenticate”. Can anyone tell me what options I have at this point?

@swarajs, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Admin Password lock requires reflashing the BIOS. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region for further assistance.

Hope this helps!
