HP ENVY x360 not turning on and not showing charging lights

HP ENVY x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Last night the laptop was working correctly and I hibernated the laptop. Today morning I plugged in the charger but the light was not showing on. I tried to start the laptop but it was not turning on. The laptop was not hit or spilled on or anything. It was raining last night . Can it be a humidity issue or something else?

To start, can you provide me with the Product Number of the notebook?  Here is a link you can use that will help you find your Model and Product Number: HP Customer Support - Products

In the meantime, is the notebook completely off, and will not start?  Or is the notebook currently stuck in Sleep Mode, and will not resume operations? Try reviewing the following document, and let me know how it goes: HP PCs - Sleep and Hibernate Issues (Windows 10, 😎
