Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, 

A client of mine has an Hp Elite Book 840 but it is displaying 

"The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or Invalid.  

SYSTEM BOARD (00A) 

Product Name

 

Product Serial Number

Product SKU

 

System Board CT Number" 

 

Though it goes ahead and starts up, am failing to respond to my client because i surely have no idea about what this is. 

Any help? and what could this be related to?
