Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi all,
I'm having an issue with my HP EliteBook 1030, I desperately need to use my machine and data. It's been stuck on the final step of a BIOS update for quite some time, and it doesn't seem to complete. I've tried restarting it, but it keeps getting stuck at the same point.
Here's what I've tried so far:
- Force shutdown and restart
- Hard reset by holding the power button
- Attempting BIOS recovery using Windows + B keys (no response)
- Attempting to access BIOS menu using F9/F10/F11 keys (no response)
Does anyone have any other suggestions to resolve this, or has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
