Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP EliteBook 755 G5 that will not turn on. CAP Button light keeps blinking but it wont turn on? If  I plug the

in Battery the Notebook will turn on?  but the battery wont charge?

 

Can any body help

 

So my issues is the notebook will only turn on if I have the battery plugged in. If i unplug the battery I get a blinking light on

the CAP Button and the Notebook will not turn on

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
