Hello I have a computer that is a hp elitebook 820 g1 and when I booted it up. It only showed a black screen and the caps lock were blinking. I shut it down and booted it up again but the thing is when I booted it up it showed the hp logo (which is normal) but then it went into automatic repair and was stuck on it. I restarted it and I went into the system info. Here is it's serial number and specs. SN ([Personal Information Removed]) 8 GB OF RAM,INTEL 1040 VIDEO CARD, BIOS VERSION L71 Ver. 01.49, CURRENT BIOS RELEASE DATE 02/24/2020, PROCESSOR SPEED 1.60GHz,PROCESSOR TYPE Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200U CPU. That's its specs and sn. I appreciate if you respond 🙏
