Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an issue that is driving me crazy with a brand new HP EliteBook x360: i couldn't boot up from Lan Cable. it gives me only USB and WIFI IPV$/IPV6 option. i have checked the bios and cable. its seems fine and work on other computer. when i login  its  connected and can use internet with the same cable. is there anything i should do to boot from LAN Cable ?
FYI i am using Surface USB 3 Gb Ethernet adapter to connect the lan cable.

very appreciated  you support

@Ftesfaye

I think what you are trying to do is PXE boot -- and that requires a lot more than connecting to a LAN cable.  You must have a server with a transferrable boot image so that when the PC connects, it will download the image and boot from it.  Do you have that available?

Yes, we have server with a transferrable boot image. we are using it. and it works fine on the others computers and notebooks.
