Product: HP ENVY - 13-aq1185nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

System check shows memory module on my HP Envy 13 aq1185nr to be defective. Since the memory on this laptop is on board, what are my options in repairing my laptop?

Sounds like you have to replace the whole System Board.
