Product: HP Envy 15

I have an hp envy 15 with i7 core and an Nvidia graphics card.

Recently, it only charged when turned off.

About 2 hours ago it shut off while I was playing a game so I assumed it was out of charge - After charging for 2 hours it still doesn't turn on. If the charger isn't plugged in when trying to turn it on the charging light flashes white 3 times, it doesn't flash if the charger is plugged in.

I have tried removing to battery/charger and holding power button for 30 seconds before turning it back on but it didn't work, I have also tried just trying to turn on the laptop with only the charger connected. Neither works.

If anyone knows what I need to do to fix it, I'd really appreciate it.
